Do you offer returns on your web store in the case of an incorrectly ordered item, and how does this work?

You can indeed return items. But my first suggestion is generally putting it for sale on the forum first. As postage costs can often cost more than some items. Now someone local in your country may want that item and save shipping it from UK etc At least this way if you sell the item you can get your shipping costs back in that sale.

The general consensus is this.

1) Item needs to be unopened /unused /Undamaged and fit for resale.

2) The original packaging and box should be used to return, Or equivalent. You can use the return address on the box. It is your responsibility to ensure items arrive safely back here.I cannot accept responsibility for shipping damages in this respect. It is your responsibility to ensure items survive the postal system.

3) You should use a signed for service as proof for both of us that the item has or has not yet been received here. I cannot accept responsibility for packages which go missing. Items we generally take longer than 2-3 months are considered lost. You will need to open up a claim yourself with the postal system in that case.

4) I cannot refund the original postage costs,your return postage costs. This includes any potential import / VAT costs in either shipping direction. Please do not declare stupid high amounts on any declaration paperwork. As this could potentially be import VAT chargeable and will be deducted from your refund.

5 Items must be returned within one month upon you receiving the item.

6) Please take an image of the item you are returning and send me a PM with your order number. Please also take an image of the package before you send it.

7) You must include a simple letter in the package. With your name,address,email and order number and a simple statement of why you are returning the item.
