DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

TOS206 ST DECODER BOARD PLUGIN TYPE
https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/atari/store2/#0248
Part assembled TOS 104 & TOS206 decoder board. Plugs into the GLUE socket (once fully assembled). Provides a output pad to drive DUALTOS BOARDS. You will need a suitable DUALTOS board and ROM. Headers are supplied but not fitted. SMT parts are fitted as shown in the image. The board correctly handles bus errors on writes and does not rely on the GLUE timing out like other 206 decoders. The LED will light when the board is decoding ROM space. The board is also transparent and reverse compatible with previous TOS104 versions. You are free to use a DUALTOS ROM with 104 & 206 without problem.
Simply solder the header pins on (short end goes in the bottom end of the PCB). Suggest a fine tip soldering iron and a magnifier to do this work. Also check the shorts before attempting to power up!
There is also a small piece of bodge wire indicate which is done as shown below by the yellow line..
Pin1 is denoted as a white dot on the PCB which matches pin 1 of the GLUE.
The white wire on the bottom left is where the ROM CE wire is fitted to. This wire goes to the CE pad on a DUALTOS board such as THIS ONE.
Please note this board is not suitable for the H4 / H5 platforum. Please chose the OTHER TYPE.
