A great vintage TV/radio repair YouTube channel

Yesterday when looking for something else (I've now forgotten what!), I ran into this great YouTube channel featuring a guy who repairs/resurrects old TVs and radios: https://www.youtube.com/user/shango066

Be warned! It's easy to get sucked into these videos for hours! He's a really "seat of his pants" engineer, and has a generally great sense of how these old electronic devices work, and watching his process poking through bodging things back to life is great fun.

I'll give it a try later as I do have an old CRT portable TV that would benefit from some TLC

Another channel I like is Mr Carlsons Lab. Now his videos can get a bit long, but I do find them very interesting when I'm in the mood as he looks at a lot of old radio stuff that is hand wired and tube based, it's quite enlightening.
