Many thanks to Kodak80 for the board, I'm slowly amassing the required parts. I have a NOS 2149 and will look to get as many NOS off the shelf bits as possible. I have a few spares from upgrade ideas I had decades ago that never eventuated, including a ET4000, so its quite exciting to finally get to use them.
If I could only remember where I put that box of 72 pin simms.......

Getting there slowly, I haven't been home much. I did a 1am stint of SMD's and through hole components and started fitting sockets. I knew it was going to be time consuming but its been fun so far.
