ST with overclocked CPU/MMU/Shifter

This is the "Stefan Nitschke 16MHz mod" - see https://blog.troed.se/projects/atari-st ... deo-modes/

Do note that the tested resolution is "medium res in 16 colors" which of course impacts graphics performance.

CPU runs at 16MHz
MMU runs at 32MHz
Shifter runs at 64MHz
- all double the frequency compared to stock

Both RAM and TOS are thus running at double the stock speed.
