Here are my Gembench runs, see the pic description for the machine config:
Hopefully this will give some idea of the relative speeds with and without the booster and blitter.
- STE 8MHZ (Stock CPU, no booster fitted), 4MB RAM, TOS 2.06, Blitter disabled.

Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

Just for completeness I ran Gembench on my stock STE with 4MB RAM and TOS 2.06, and saved the results. I then ran Gembench with those defaults on my 32mhz boosted STE. RAM and TOS were the same.

Oddly running the CPU from its own 32MHz oscillator gives integer division a 16% boost in speed
