Hi I made some small pcb's to replace the 40LF2220 in the Microdeal RTC. Even though I took the specs for the data sheet the pins on mine appear to be half a via too wide in the y-axis that being said they still fit and work as seen in the photo.
I have 10 blank pcb's if anyone wants one to replace a 40LF200 just pm me and I'll post you one or more.

yes the battery should be on the other side of the clock pcb. Yes I have swapped it. No it doesn't actually make any difference electrically :P

Nope ignore the above comment the pcb needs to go on the side shown in the picture otherwise you can't put the case back together as I said though electrically it doesn't matter what side you fit it as long as the + is in the right place.
Right all I need to do now is figure out how to make the setup program work with the right year :D
