Another soul RIP

UPS Really excelled themselves this time. Shipped in a strong box with several turns of bubblewrap around it and still they managed to smash it to bits :roll:

But the steel isn't bent! Merely a scratch.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Do ANY couriers actually care about the service they are providing any more? :roll:

Not that I've found...and it worries me even more since I've just ordered a new Fender guitar for my wife & that's coming via a courier early next week! :shock:

At least that model of guitar is still available should anything untoward happen to it...just as well given the price tag!

I'm repairing an A500+ that suffered something similar. Aussie couriers are the same level of useless. I got two LP's yesterday and I was pretty nervous about it. Normal post here is taking nearly two weeks to add insult to injury.

I need to buy my Wife a Fender too. I gave 8 Fenders so she should clearly have one too.

Well, at least the Player Plus (Tequila Sunrise) arrived safely this morning, so well done DPD for that.
First Fender, others are Epiphones, a PRS and a couple of Pacifica's.
