WANTED - Top case for Atari Stacy

Hi

My Atari Stacy4 has had a chemical splashed on it at some point in its life which has raised and discoloured the plastic.

I'm wondering if anyone would happen to have a spare top case for the Stacy they are willing to part with?

I know the chances are slim but it never hurts to ask.

If you don't find one I wonder if a little bit of light sanding and then a fresh coat of paint may fix it for you.

Yeah I may have to go down that road. And if I'm going to paint it that opens up the what colour(s) road? :lol:

I'd personally go for a unique colour, I personally think the horrible industrial grey of the stacy is horrid! :D Might look good in a more classic cream colour. not sure.

Of course, I went all black with mine...but then, I'm
only using black until something darker comes along.

BTW, I know it's "across the pond" but have you checked with Best Electronics or B&C Computer Visions?

While it's doubtful that they have what you need at this late stage it never hurts to ask. You never know,
you might get lucky.

I keep getting referred to "Black 3.0" as an alternative...

I'm waiting for the one that has the marketing theme:
