[FIXED]TF1230 unable to boot...

Just installed a TF1230 in my A1200 (and Kickstart 3.2 modified for TF1230). Tried to boot my (otherwise working) flash card but it doesn't boot at all.
Amiga can see the drive (in boot options), the adapter flashes a few times but all I get is blank screen...
The same card boots from internal IDE but not from TF1230.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?


EDIT: updated to 3.2.1 and it magically worked...

I have the same setup as you have with a Modified 3.2 from.....the only way I can boot is from the Internal IDE not the TF1230 ide.....I`m trying to use a SD card adapter on the usual short IDE cable.....I can only boot if I remove the SD card adapter from the TF1230
