SYSINFO & TF1260
Hi Folks,
Just a quick note to ask if there is a fix or workaround to get the SYSINFO drive test to work with my TF1260?. When I click Drives and then select my TF IDE the screen just kind of locks up. Works ok for my SCSI though.
I am running my EHIDE through a modified kickstart ROM on 3.2.1.
Should I also re-load it via LOADMODULE?
The IDE work great and is noticeably faster, so no issues there. Just curious how much faster really!
Thanks

I've the same setup, based on what you said. No SCSI though.
Sysinfo 4.4 works perfectly for me.
Ehide is already loaded, I don't think you need to reload it.

Re: SYSINFO & TF1260
It does this when the block size on the volume connected to the ehide controller is larger than 1024 (or maybe 2048?) bytes. Mine is set to 4K and does the same.

Re: SYSINFO & TF1260
If this is something that fails based on the block size.... probably a software issue.
@erique may have some idea

Re: SYSINFO & TF1260
Just checked and yes, my block size is 4k too. Well, it makes sense :) thanks for the heads-up - wouldnt have thought to check that.
Can anyone recommend a reliable alternate for disk speed benchmarking?

Naturally
Sysspeed 2.6 - general tests ( disk speed included )
DiskMonTools - disk speed
Sysinfo results should be taken with a pinch of salt :)

Re: SYSINFO & TF1260
Hi Folks, I rebuilt my image onto a set of partitions with a smaller block size and can confirm that this is the problem with SysInfo. The TF IDE is lightning quick by comparison of course, but it scratched an itch to see actual data :)
Thanks to all for helping out.
