Oooh I feel crappy :(

Post by rubber_jonnie »

Dammit, I've come down with a horrible cold and not at all impressed. I think that lockdown has been bad for things like colds etc as our natural immunity has dropped as a result of not being in close proximity with others.

At least I don't have Covid (I tested negative), but 3 people from Karate training have tested positive, so seems like I dodged a bullet there, since I trained with all of them in the last week. Guessing my triple jabs are working and theirs aren't!!

Generally feeling very meh so I might not be very responsive on here as also still having to work from home, though I am always watching :)

Yeah, I hope you feel better soon. Lots of Lemsip.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Oh god no, I hate Lemsip, it's just awful!! I can just about tolerate the blackcurrant flavour stuff though.

Cold and Flu Max is the way for me today, but I often find that Panadol soluable works best, especially for getting my temp down.

Hope you feel better soon. I'm not feeling good either as I've caught covid :( don't know what version it is but I'm glad it's not the horrible first versions. Just feels like a really bad Flu and embarrassingly it's affected my bladder control which has not been fun at all.
