Re: Availability of TOS ROM source code
If my memory is right, @thorsten.otto did talk about his work of reconstructing the TOS ROMs sources and where to find it.

TOS 1 is available here: https://github.com/th-otto/tos1x
Massive hats off to Thorsten for some serious code archeology.
There exists source to TOS2&3, also by Thorsten, somewhere out there too. Perhaps on dev-docs.org?

Re: Availability of TOS ROM source code
TOS 2&3 are available here: http://tho-otto.de/downloads/tos306de.tar.bz2
Don't get confused about the archive name, both TOS 2 & 3 can be built from it, as well as all language versions.
Hope to get that also in git soon, just wanted to clean it up a bit now that TOS 1.x is in a separate repo.
