3d printer case for diagnostics/app cartridges?

Post by microman »

I have a diagnostic Cartridge - but it is basically a bare PCB with a couple of Eproms fitted.

I have seen some Cartridges from USA which have a case but shipping costs are prohibitive.

Are the 3D printer .stl files available?

Thanks

I am not aware of any. You will probably have to design your own. There are that many variations of cartridges out there that there is unlikely to be a " one size fits all" solution anyway.

I've seen one for the forerunner of the NetUSB (whose name escapes me -- not the original EtherNeC either, the one half way). Probably on Thingiverse.

It may be a starting point?

I think I may have converted that to a Fusion 360 file. I'll have a look if I can find it when I'm back home.

Sorry, I forgot this yesterday. This is a Fusion 360 file.

This is based on an earlier version of this, I believe: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4641801

Cheers,
