Mega ST4 - AdSpeed accelerator @ 16 mhz

Since I was doing benchmarks on my Pak 68/3 equipped STacy, I thought
I'd go ahead and do one on the Mega ST4 that runs DarkForce.

I know there's several 16 mhz benchmarks already posted but I didn't see
one just for the AdSpeed so I thought I'd throw it in.

It's a Mega ST4 with TOS v1.4 and an AdSpeed accelerator board running
at 16 mhz. This is in med. resolution. I do not have the fast ROM option
enabled. I've not been able to find the ROMs at the speeds specified in
the AdSpeed manual to work correctly. I would be curious how much it
would affect the results.
