kodak80 x3 H5 B1
Having hit problems with the A3 board reset, I figured it would be better to build these first and get them working so I have started to assemble the components onto the three B1 boards. Will see how these go. :D

Re: kodak80 x3 H5 B1
First two H5 B1 boards have been successfully booted to TOS after the build photos below were taken.
AU01 board:
AU02 board:
I have pretty much finished populating AU02 board since the photo above was taken, with the exception of the ACSI internal headers, the 16mhz OSC for the 1.44mb floppy and the Midi Synth header.
Both boards have been fitted with DIL 64 pin socket and I have booted EmuTOS from my Exxos IDE adapter on both boards.
Interestingly, Monkey Island 2 works fine on AU02 but gets stuck on AU01. Same IDE board and hard disk was mounted into each board so not sure why it freezes on AU01. Currently have AU01 running YAART to test the memory side of things.
EDIT: YAART shows memory to be fine.

H5 B1 (AU02) board all built now and ready for its new owner. This one is going to a member of the local Atari retro group and he is looking forward to getting his hands on it. :D

Re: kodak80 x3 H5 B1
H5 B1 (AU03) now fully built and working.
Still need to sort out the 16mhz clock to the 1.44mb GAL so have left off the OSC for now and have not yet tried the solder jumper to feed 16mhz from the Shifter.
Exxos IDE board mounted with EmuTOS 1.0 booting and MI2 runs in this one as well as AU02 board so still need to look at why the AU01 board causes MI2 to freeze on selecting the full experience on the initial selection screen.

Nice work @kodak80. I like the serial numbers you are giving these boards :)
Would be good to see if the 16MHz jumper works am not sure if that has been tested yet.

Re: kodak80 x3 H5 B1
Just spent a small amount of time testing the 1.44mb floppy using the Shifter 16mhz SJ3 feed and cannot get it working. 720k floppy disks on my Gotek work but 1.44mb will not read at all. I have the same FF.CFG setting and wiring as shown in my H4 post/guide.Icky wrote: 26 Jan 2021 07:52 Would be good to see if the 16MHz jumper works am not sure if that has been tested yet.
JP18 is open to force 1.44mb
JP22 is jumpered pins 1 & 2 for GAL
720kb disks work fine with the above jumper settings which is wrong as they should not so must be getting 8mhz all the time.
Will leave it for now as it is late here. Will re-visit on the weekend when I have some more time for testing clocks etc.
