Based in Brisbane, AU. I have recently aquired a Falcon 030 and have already purchased two new ST power supplies from the Exxos store. I have the capacitors to re-cap the Falcon power supply and the Exxos NVRAM replacement but need to practice my soldering before I attempt to do the Falcon components. I am glad to see Exxos has posted his equipment and tips on soldering. My plan is to try out my soldering skills on some old PC boards first.

DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

Thanks Steve. I have purchased a decent soldering iron and my initial work soldering speakers to some Gotek boards went well and alot easier than my previous experiences with a cheap soldering iron. Wish I had purchaed this years ago.
