Hi everyone
Based in Brisbane, AU. I have recently aquired a Falcon 030 and have already purchased two new ST power supplies from the Exxos store. I have the capacitors to re-cap the Falcon power supply and the Exxos NVRAM replacement but need to practice my soldering before I attempt to do the Falcon components. I am glad to see Exxos has posted his equipment and tips on soldering. My plan is to try out my soldering skills on some old PC boards first. :D

Thanks Steve. I have purchased a decent soldering iron and my initial work soldering speakers to some Gotek boards went well and alot easier than my previous experiences with a cheap soldering iron. Wish I had purchaed this years ago.
