Once I get a few more of my Atari's fixed up, I've got an A500 & A500+ to fix, then it's time for my first ever computer (BBC B) & peripherals so once I get round to it, this will be a great addition!

Re: Updated BBC Micro .MMB released
Hi,
I’ve bought a BBC micro that has this version of the MMB installed, but many of the games on it don’t run correctly.
For example, the Darts game repeats the game options selection screens repeatedly without ever starting the game; Escape From Moonbase Alpha crashes out with an error part way through the instruction screens, and in Alpha Centauri, words from the game screen (eg “score”) are flashed over the graphic of the diving aliens at their largest point, and leave white pixels behind that aren’t removed.
It seems that at least most of the games that have problems have sections written in Basic, and some seem to be failing to either call machine code sections or load or run additional files / programmes from disk.
Can anyone advise what might be causing these problems?
Thanks in advance,
Rick
