@8 bit dreams I think it will be utterly expensive and I would like to get "accelerator", not a multipurpose expansion. I rather spend that amount of money to A1222 if it ever get out.

Putting 060s in 16 bit Amiga's is a waste of time IMHO.
I also hate the HDMI things on these modern boards. I dont freaking want system on chips. If i wanted that i'd buy a MiSTer or use my MiST board.
And the CF card thing too.. NOOOOO its wrong..
I get asked to do this all the time. Its not retro appreciation to do this. Its retro mutilation.

@utri007 The TF536 works fine on the CDTV. Just the CD driver is unhappy. Otherwise it works perfectly.

I could live solution where booting is not possible, but CD-drive works after boot. Is that possible?

This warp card is ridiculous targetting the CDTV imho. Its a niche market and Stephen has already developed a number of boards that would work with the CDTV. Why go with an 060 for a 16 bit system too? Hardly any of the 060 demos will run without AGA. EDIT: Maybe its providing AGA in an FPGA or something? Still, if I owned a CDTV and had the money, this is the last thing I would put my money into. Better off sticking that 060 in the 1200, 4000 or CD32.

It has a RTG with Picasso96 support.
So they think that it just would work.This card will allow the bus to pass by another system (in this case U36 DMAC). So CD_ROM should work fine. This card would also work well in the A2000 with ZORRO slots in DMA mode.

This will not work with cdtv.driver because the CDTV has a 24bit address bus and it will try and DMA into 32bit fastram. Unless the the top 8 bits of the address bus can magically be patched to DMAC which doesnt have them?
Its not a hardware issue. The cdtv.driver allocates fastram for its dma buffers.
EDIT: I think whoever told you it will work is under the impression that the cd uses scsi.device... which falls back to PIO mode. This is wrong. it doesnt. It has its own driver that uses the triport to enable lines via the dmac.
