[pics] 1.62/2.06 switcher build

Post by spiny »

Hi All,

some new pics on building up the STe switcher, just to show how easy it is, in case anyone is putting off ordering one due to soldering worries :)

pics were taken with a 'go pro' cheap knockoff I'm experimenting with, so not the best quality, but there are better pics I did on another build here: http://www.spiny.org/atari/photos/exxos ... index.html

I have three of these kits now, and they are well worth the upgrade. If you just use the jumper rather than drill thecase for a switch, it's possible to go back to stock too.

to make sure the pins are straight, I put them in a socket firts, then line them up on the board.
