Could exxos create a new SuperVidel?
Right now the community needs someone who can make SuperVidel graphics boards. Recently hundereds of ct60 accelerators were sent into the wild and all the owners are desperate for an upgraded graphics solution. The designs are open and free to use from the creators. What are the chances Chris?

I emailed Nature and they told me the designs are free for anyone who wants to make it. I think you just need to ask them. I think if you opened up pre-orders you could completely fund the entire project without any monetary outlay on your side. I hope you consider it :)

Mission for you then ;) Though if they provide the PCB layout then I can get those made at least. If they only release schematic and code, then I probably won't have time to work on another pcb for a couple of years..Just got to many projects on the go.Steve wrote: 06 Oct 2017 08:50 I emailed Nature and they told me the designs are free for anyone who wants to make it. I half a feeling i've been down this road before some time ago... I think they either did not reply, or I couldn't get the info for some reason.
EDIT:
Saw this on AF... http://atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f= ... 46#p332633
So, yes.
I'am working on SuperVidel. The whole idea is to be able to close case with CT60e and SuperVidel on top of it.
Actually i got stucked on some mechanical idea around moving DVI conector to the backside/outside - using same pcb kit.
I need to rethink that once again, or just make 2 different kits:
- One for them who don't want to modify case (no additional holes etc)
- And another one for those who may accept some holes.

Yeah apparently he is. A few months ago he was discussing different ways of using output connectors with the guys on Atari forum. He always has months of no communication, it was the same with the ct60e. I feel confident he will randomly release it. Who knows when though.
