Hi,
Andy here, a long time Atari user, got my first Atari 520 STFM many years ago, then had an STE briefly before upgrading to a Falcon. The interesting story about the Falcon was that I ordered a 1MB no HDD model, it was all I could afford at the time, and they accidentally?? sent me a 4MB version with a HDD installed. I think without those additions I'd have gone crazy, the HDD certainly made things easier back in 1997 when I was doing my uni work.
I've just purchased a replacement Floppy drive, because mine no longer reads disks, I want to try and show my kids some of the games in the Power Pack, and some other classics like Speedball, Rick Dangerous, Bubble Bobble etc.
I'll post a seperate question, but other than the Frammeister does anyone have any recommendations for taking the VGA single from my Falcon and upscaling it to 480p,720p,1080p HDMI. I want to try using my Falcon on my modern TV rather than my crappy old VGA monitor....I'd also like to connect it to a capture card of some sort and stream to Twitch via my MacBook Pro.
Andy.

Great to be here.....I thought I'd upload a few photos I took recently when I finally decided to dust off my Falcon. I was surprised at how clean and dust free it was inside, storing it in a plastic tub seems to have worked beautifully.

I forgot to mention, I had a game published once on a magazine cover disk, I can't remember which magazine it was, I'm just scanning all the entries linked in this forum. I think it was on ST User, but all the covers look so familiar, I think I purchased every issue of all 3 of the main publications....it helped that I had a paper-route and the owner of the shop would let me take payment in magazine form.
