Bought myself a mega STE from France (I'm based in UK) and have issues with the display. The screen rolls or flickers badly. That is with using scart cable included with the machine.
Have taken some footage and uploaded on to YouTube.
Any ideas?

Could be the cable. There's a few ways they can be hooked up.. also depends on what your monitor accepts. Mostly there are wired for sync over composite, buy maybe your monitor doesn't support that and needs a cable with V&H sync connected.
