ubeswitch not saving mode

I got one of these recently and tested it out - it's pretty cool!

I can get the video mode to switch but I can't get it to save - I've tried holding the button for about 4 seconds - the mode doesn't switch, it just doesn't save the mode.

I have the new version with the breakout for an external button (that's an awesome addition by the way!)

Hm. Very strange. Unless you’re resetting the ST, in that case it won’t/can’t keep the saved state. It’s only at power on.

I'm definitely doing it from power on and it always seems to default to high resolution - do you want me to send a video?

Nah.

Strange part is that hi-res is not the default, so something has been written to the eeprom.

I’m guessing switching to low res works?
