Hi all,
Can anyone help me identify this overscan mod and maybe point me in the right direction to any needed software etc.
When switched on it seems to change resolution but everything on my NEC screen is garbage. Not sure if it's my monitor not being compatible or what.

Looks to be a mono mode overscan but my monitor doesn't like the resolution.
