FYI I have a Marpet style MMU+Shifter SIMM adaptor upgrade in my 520ST like this:
I have to say, it's a snug fit, but was the only way to get the machine working easily, because there were so many issues with the onboard RAM.
The upgrade exxos posted a link to is the much more modern equivalent of the Marpet, so I'd recommend you go for that.
