4MB STFM RAM SIMM ADAPTER REVISED

My old STFM 4MB SIMM adapter isn't being produced anymore. But I have designed the next gen adapter today which uses 2 SMT DRAMs instead.

It's the same DRAM chips as I use on my 4MB MMU plug-in adapter kit, so it saves me having to stock some items and helps keep costs lower :)

It will be some time before I get the test PCB's. Though I thought I would post that the boards are being worked on :)

Took me a while but got there in the end. Not felt this bad for years :(

Got these boards now :)

Try and find some time to build one of and test soon.. I already have sockets the motherboard to plug these into try them out.. So really is just a matter of soldering the 2 chips and header pins...

Just a quick post saying I finally started to solder one of these up.

I already have a STFM with sockets to take such boards for testing them. So if things go well (which they never do) I maybe have working one later tonight..

Initial batch of 6... just come out of the US cleaner :) Need to solder the header pins next...
