DO NOT USE MOBILE / CGNAT DEVICES WHERE THE IP CHANGES CONSTANTLY!
At this time, it is unfortunately not possible to whitelist users when your IP changes constantly.
You may inadvertently get banned because a previous attack may have used the IP you are now on.
So I suggest people only use fixed IP address devices until I can think of a solution for this problem!

New dark theme installed
New dark theme installed
I have installed a dark theme at the request of Troed , which can be set in your board preferences.
Most of my devices have a dark theme. It helps with "middle of the night" forum visits which helps our resident forum adicts. So now you can visit the forum in the night without being blinded by blazing bright colours, which kinda hurts anyway! Not only that, it can help save battery life on mobile/tablet devices. So we are energy efficient now, well, if you select the "carbon" theme anyway.
Looks like this for anyone won't sleep until they check it out...

Re: New dark theme installed
Thanks for this. I think I requested a dark theme in the xmas thread also (as I'm a bit of a nighthawk lol). While Carbon2 isn't properly dark, it is much easier on the eye than the default
Resident idiot. (Qualified, got a Diploma and everything)

Thanks!
If i take too long to reply, sorry my cat is sleeping on my laps.
Re: New dark theme installed
If you "hack" the page and find out where & what the colours are, I could new a new version... I'm hacking the page about trying to find the background grey to change to black, its being elusive so far.. Or in fact make it transparent so the background image shows instead of the solid grey.Neffers wrote: Sat Dec 29, 2018 12:15 am Thanks for this. Nice theme, will keep it set to this one in future! Just noticed though that dark red text is a little hard to read in this colour scheme, would be good if that can be adjusted.
Re: New dark theme installed
Those colours are not part of the theme AFAIK , changing the colour would be global , so what may work on one theme may not work on anothermichael.keenleyside wrote: Mon Dec 31, 2018 1:07 am Nice theme, will keep it set to this one in future! Dark is good.
I only use black because I'm waiting for something darker to come along.

I like the Xmas banner... Be cool without Santa and with some background lightning.. Might get time to do it one day..terriblefire wrote: Wed Jan 02, 2019 7:13 pm Anything that sets this forum apart from others is good with me![]()
