A little bit concerned about the process here. I think my choice to use a 7 mi clearance was wise... they only just managed it

Judging by this.. Its the drill holes that are the problem. SMD pads are fine. in the next revision i'll tighten the trace to trace and give more clearance to the drill point. That board looks a bit thick... I hope it's just the picture, as 1.6 mm won't fit in the riser

EDIT: Although i will say they were supposed to do bevelled edges and they didnt.
