After staring at the alignment I realise that it will not work how it is. Because originally I had intended the soldering iron tip to be at 45°. So then the nozzle is also angled at 45° so the solder hits the pin and I to that the same time.
Though later I needed to angle iron because the tip itself was angled. This meant that I needs to be behind the pin now to heat it up. So a 45° angle means the solder is trying to be fed from behind the tip
What it actually needs is the solder being fed more towards the front of the tip. So it is a better chance of hitting the pain and the iron tip at the same time.
Currently it is angled like this. Where it would have worked if the soldering iron tip was rotated 90°. But then the angle of the tip is then wrong to contact with the pins.
So I need to fiddle the angle of the nozzle to angle in 45° from the front not the back.
I also realise the nozzle is likely going to get hot been being close to the iron tip. JLC do metal printing now. So likely the final parts will be made out of metal. So I can dissipate the heat from the nozzle and reduce risk of it pre-melting the solder!

New parts made.
I guess really I don't need to left and right top bracket to be movable. Though if it was all one piece it would be incredibly hard to print out anyway

For JLC Metal printing, there must be a minimum charge of $8 per part as they are all the same price.
I am not going to order them until I have actually tried the whole printer out. My 3D printed parts are probably good enough for now anyway. Just they are little close the soldering iron tip, so they could melt after a while.
