Listing is here: LOLPrice Apple

I wouldn't be surprised if either of these is a cover for shady activity!

That item has been pre-sold outside of eBay and the seller has, instead of cancelling their listing, increased the price to something stupid while they wait for the sale to go through. Presumably this is cheaper than cancelling and relisting.

It is in pretty good shape, but worth about 1/3 the asking price, especially since it's not even listed as functional.

Hmm, 'perfect cosmetic condition' is not really good enough for that price. Perhaps some sort of working order would be preferable.

The NeXT Cube looks like it has engravings in multiple places on it, the monitor also. I don't think that qualifies as perfect cosmetic condition.
There are a couple of NeXtstations listed for $1999.99 on Ebay also, good luck selling those.

For you tinkers out there. Steve Jobs's Apple-1 Computer Prototype. I don't know if a broken board and lack of a lot of key IC classifies the excessive price. But it sure is one of a kind.

Lot's of other nice Atari stuff on there as well. A bit different then eBay for sure.
