I then ran a cable from the HD pin to pin 39 on the Buffered IDE adapter.
Now my Checkmate case has a front facing CF adapter, and the HD LED on the front lights up when accessing the EHIDE.

I've got the same connector but can someone please let me know where to solder the HD pin on the adapter to Pin39 on the adapter to the onboard IDE of the TF1260?
