OK, so it's reassembled RAM is all good, but the FDD board no longer works. I'm guessing I need to work on alignment next..

Approx 20 STs, including a 520 STM, 520 STFMs, 3x Mega ST, MSTE & 2x 32 Mhz boosted STEs
Plus the rest, totalling around 50 machines including a QL, 3x BBC Model B, Electron, Spectrums, ZX81 etc...

Minor tweak to remove some material from the front corner of the edge connnector on the FDD board and it's working a treat.

I also added composite out when I buttoned it up:

Picture quality isn't fabulous but it's fine for a quick hook up and at some point in the future I'm planning to try hooking up to an RGB2HDMI.

512KB RAM expansion and Pear EXDOS FDD controller with Gotek. Also added composite out.

Pleased how far this machine has come and I'm considering getting another, its a fab machine.

Yay!
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.
