Good as new
wow

and you have another 10mm of drill holes left before you reach the die :) plenty of room for more hacks!

Haha. It's a great save, though, @Rustynutt.

I would like to install the clockpatch version presented here in my Falcon.
I can't find it in the tile store. Is it possible to purchase PCBs or ready-made kits for assembly?

The V4 final boards only arrived yesterday. The previous batch had three wrong value resistors, So I had to redo them :( . I'm still waiting to hear back from my testers before they get released into the store. Hopefully will not be more than a couple of weeks now.

Will only PCBs be available in the store, or will there also be kits for self-assembly?

They will be fully assembled. It is way too complicated to assemble and time-consuming to do kits for such things.

Hi everybody,
As a future possessor of an Atari Falcon030 I would like to apply the clock buffer patch.
I have red the page with all infos that @exxos has written (https://www.exxosforum.co.uk/atari/last ... /index.htm), but I think I've not quite understood how to perform the mod.
I have a v3 board (v4 is not yet available, it seems): could anyone please be so kind to explain me in detail what exactly I have to do?
Many thanks in advance.

I think the exxos how-to is clear, so just follow the explanations.

I've seen this webpage (https://mikrosk.github.io/clockpatch/), I believe it's from @mikro.
He puts @exxos variant as 1.6, and another 2.2 variant by the author of the Phantom accelerator: the 2.2 is also considered the best.
Since all of you have already noticed how noob I am  , which variant should I stick for? What do you think?

@marbosar77 Mikro's analysis is based on Exxos v1 clock patch, which isn't available any more. Exxos's v2/v3 clock patch is the most superior clock patch on the market, even emulating the delay of the phantom clock patch.

Also, you cannot even purchase the other ones on Mikro's website, so it's kind of a moot point anyway.
