Thanks @exxos. I did upload the .zip file (I was only mentioning the .brd file in the context that I opened to check if I could find the size of the board).

So, I assume that if the .zip file with the Gerber files was recognized, the size of the boards should have been recognized/filled, too?

Yes .. If the Gerber files are all correct as well.

If JCL PCB is the same as PCBWay then they ask for the board dimension. I usually upload the files to OSHPark.com first as this shows you the dimensions of the board. That said, the dimensions only normally need to be roughly correct on PCBWay as they set the size correctly once the Gerber is processed. They use the dimensions for the initial quoting as an estimate.

The pull-up board dimensions are:
2 layer board of 3.21 x 1.10 inches (81.5 x 27.9mm)

It's only the board layout file in the zip that @kodak80 provided. I have made gerbers out of that so try with this file below instead. It should be easier to order your board.

My OCD got the better of me today and I wanted to spin an SMT version of the H5 Pull-up board - I just don't like the look of those through hole resistor networks :)

Finally got round to sorting this fix board from the hack / bodge tastic version to a slim set version.

Bodge board was using an old Flashy Clock board with RNs.

Desoldered the 4.7K and soldered in new 2.2K arrays on my H5B1 partially with hot air. Beeped it out so that I know it got good contact. Cleaned it later. I had some problem with gotek and TF536. Better now but still can't access flash floppy menu for some reason. It reads the menu but then it can't access USB. It works fine without TF536.

I don't know about the new board but the TF536 is very sensitive about the pull-ups.

It doesn't seem to be able to drive the bus as strongly as the 68000 and 2.2K is technically way below the recommended minimum resistance for TTL pull-up resistors (to prevent over current on the outputs), which is 10K. On my ST with the TF536 4.7K gave intermittent floppy (Gotek) access (corruption) and 10K pull-ups allowed it to work fully. 2.2K pull-ups stopped things working at all.

Your mileage may vary.
