Jajajaja! I was planning to do the same, but I guess I will just use yours. :-)kodak80 wrote: 03 Feb 2021 11:27 So I have created a board that will fit in an H5 5v expansion socket to allow me to test adding 4.7K pull-ups in parallel
Do you think you will have some spare boards? Maybe I can buy 2?
Andres.

I have 9 H5 boards here and have ordered 10 fix boards from PCBWay so would only have 1 spare. Postage from Australia may be expensive and it may be cheaper for someone closer to you to orgnise getting them done and shared.

Oh! Yeah, you are right. Well, I will order some boards myself. :-)kodak80 wrote: 03 Feb 2021 20:31 I have 9 H5 boards here and have ordered 10 fix boards from PCBWay so would only have 1 spare. Re: H5 A3 & B1 pullup resistor change
My pull-up mod boards arrived and I built one up but it does not make any difference to the way my H5 A3 board works with my NetUSBee still not working with my A3 board.
I started with just data bus pull-ups and then added the address pull-ups but there was no change at either level with my NetUSBee. I had to stack my Exxos IDE adapter to get both the pull-up board and IDE into sockets so I at least did my first stacking since the alpha board was produced.

Re: H5 A3 & B1 pullup resistor change
I have been working fine without changing the 4k7 bus resistors until I started mixing 5V and 3V3 bus boards.
With Trudie 5V and Flashy Clock 3V3 I was getting corruption on file names. A quick patch 4k7 board from a scavenged old Flashy Clock board and I am back in business.
So for me I only needed to put 4k7 on the data bus and not the address bus

Re: H5 A3 & B1 pullup resistor change
I think someone was making a pullup board for the 68K socket.. I guess if someone was board enough (aka @Icky ) could do one with the SMT packs to be made a JLC.. I doubt they would cost much to get done.

Stop trying to give me more projects @exxos ;)exxos wrote: 21 Feb 2021 14:26 I think someone was making a pullup board for the 68K socket.. I guess if someone was board enough (aka @Icky ) could do one with the SMT packs to be made a JLC.. I doubt they would cost much to get done.
I think @kodak80 did a through hole board further up in the thread.

Re: H5 A3 & B1 pullup resistor change
@kodak80, sorry for the (probably) stupid question, but I don't have experience ordering boards from JLC PCB:
I uploaded your ZIP file, and it seems it was recognized as a Gerber file (so that's good). But it is asking me for the dimensions of the board. I thought that just uploading the file should get that info, but it didn't. And I opened the .brd file and couldn't figure out the dimensions of the board from there. :-)
Do you have that information ready available there? Or am I missing something?
Andres.

Re: H5 A3 & B1 pullup resistor change
@AndresPlazaR You need to zip and upload gerber files.. if you have the PCB files (.BRD, .SCH) they won't work uploading to JLC.
You have however upload BRD files to OSHpark.
