Yeah I can't send ctrl+c etc either - looks like ttyhandler doesn't pass it even when sent in raw mode. That's a bummer.

I guess one day recompiling and debugging telnetd2.0 against roadshow is on the cards :?

Looks like telnetd is lattice/sasc.

Now here is my dream for amiga.. A simple apt-get/brew like package manager that takes packages from sources like aminet and auto installs them along with all the deps. God that would make life easier when you have 20 odd Amiga's lying around.

Pretty easy.

First set the password...

Executables/Planar/AmiVNC.060 -pSomePassword

VNC server will exit.. then rerun...

Executables/Planar/AmiVNC.060 -v -a

You will get crashes on the client unless your screensize is a multiple of 32 in both directions... i.e. 640 x 512 is fine... but 670 x 524 will crash your client. Need to set BGR233 mode in the client.

I want to accomplish the following.
I would like to to be able to sit at a PC and pull code from Git and build it on my Amiga.
I would like to be able to telnet to my Amiga and get a CLI.
...
Essentially i want to run a telnetd and bind it to my ethernet card.. and use git if possible.

I can't believe this two year old request didn't have anyone mention the obvious:-
