The best solution without a doubt is a SideCartridge Multi-device.
Only €49 and you will be able to emulate a hard drive containing every .ST file and make floppy disks using the Atari floppy drive. (Or you can emulate a floppy drive and do away with disks all together, or use HD installations of the games/applications instead of FDD versions).
Transfer files wirelessly to your Atari ST, use a uSD card or a USB cable.
Plus countless other things (ROM emulation, RTC emulation, Wireless mouse connectivity)
