Hi,
this one.

On the picture there is a gender change but the one i got a month ago came without because it has a female D-Sub 25-pin connector already.
Regards.

BluesSCSI 2 arrived total, but as is typical of my luck I don't have the right lead!

I was hoping to use the one from my Jazz drive, but nope - fits in the falcon but not the BlueSCSI - more shopping!

Cheers,

Simon

And I can't find one - 50 pin to 68 pin, is that correct?

Or are both ends 50 pin and I need to buy an adapter to connect to the BlueSCSI?

Thanks Steve

I had a look through that thread and I'm being far too stupid to understand what to get - either that or my eyes are failing me.

The connector in the BlueSCSI looks like this:

Do any of those in the thread look like they would work?

I have the SCSI cable that connects to the Falcon, but it's the same connector at the other end of the cable so I don't mind if it's a dongle type adapter or a cable, just keen to get it hooked up.

Not a bad 3d printed adapter either, I'll do a lid when it's all set up properly!

Oh no you've accidentally grabbed yourself the internal version which uses a 50pin ribbon cable. What you needed is the external DB25 version: https://shop.flamelily.co.uk/v2db25miniuk.html

I was starting to think that actually!

I'll place another order and stick this one on eBay.

Thanks Steve,

The alternative would have been to buy a second hand external case.

P.S. Oh, just looked on eBay and old external enclosures are extortionately expensive for what is a box, cable and an old, possibly flaky, power supply.
Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

Yep I've placed the order now anyway.

I take it I still need a connector or cable as this appears to be 25 pin compared to the Falcon 50 pins?
