The NVDIVGA.INF must be individually adapted for each graphics card and each adapter. The Version from me is for a VOFA Mega ST Bus Adapter and for a specific ET4000 ISA graphics card. If you use another ET4000 card you have to revise the INF. This can be done via the NVDI VMG program.

Afaik, no real-HW ET4000 card exists with 2 MiB of memory, because the ET4000 could only address 1 MiB in the first place. So, with every driver you're in "uncharted" territory, if your emulation comes with 2 MiB of video memory. Out of curiosity: What happens if you configure a 1024x768x64k mode with Nova VDI?

ET4000W32i can do 2MB of Videoram.

... only the old webside, shop is closed. There is a Nova W32i driver but 1MB only because with an 80Mhz RamDAC more than 1MB doesn't make sense.

I know, Frank. That's why I wrote "the ET4000 could only address 1 MiB in the first place" and didn't write anything about the ET4000W32i, which is a totally different chip.

But we digress; dad664npc has an emulated ET4000. I just wanted to make the point that no driver will be known to work with an ET4000 with more than 1 MiB, because that does not exist (as real hardware).
