Thanks, i was able to use hdtoolbox with that ide.device and partition the "drive", added the info in the mountlist and used mount...
But fail to format, out of memory :P

I'm probably missing something obvious that I just don't see...

FFS requires a lot of memory for validating large partitions. Either decrease partition size, increase block size or use PFS.

4k block sizes with PFS works nice and fast with 3.1.4 and a TF536.. it's my personal setup.
