Couldn't you just solder the pak on top of the Winslow socket, even if you had to bend the pins a bit ?

Winslow pins are stiff and they will probably break if I try to bend them.

I can try to bend pins on the PAK, but it is risky too as they are prone to break easily.

And aligning both rows of pins (x4 sides) in order to solder them is quite a difficult and tedious task.

FastRAM board for PAK is called FRAK.

I should soon get a FRAK/2.

These can handle 64 MB of fast ram.
