yeah the reset circuit is pretty bad. UBE is working on a new version to solve such problems and add new features.

Main problem not solved ...

EmuTOS crash with some autofolder programs like the Nova Driver or/and load some CPX Modules

Workaround is to boot with crtl with nothing into the desktop and run some programs and then reboot the system. Thats annoying ...

You might want to ping the EMUTOS team and report the problem ?
