I have one of these, branded Duratool, and aside from the original gun having a heater fail (A new gun was about £23) it's been solid. Proper maintenance is the key though, I always check it's clear and empty it regularly.

If you use flux a lot, something like RMA-218 which is a gel type flux, then the filters need to be checked and changed regularly, but they are cheap and easy to change.
