Just added added DESKPIC.ACC and that caused the freeze. This is without DESKPIC.PRG in the AUTO folder so I that's a conclusive nail in the coffin for using DESKPIC with Notator. It's pure luck I found this problem.

Deleted NVDICONF.ACC from my set up as I could only access the setting I needed in NVDIDFLT.PRG anyway and everything is running great.
