So when you reboot your computer you don't have to log in, you go straight to the desktop? Or do you type in a username and login without a password?exxos wrote: 26 Jul 2020 22:23I don't have a windows password...rubber_jonnie wrote: 26 Jul 2020 22:18 You don't need to put in a password, Windows already knows your password.

@exxos
Ok, so let's confirm the current logged in user since you auto log in:
Open a command prompt and type the command: query user.
You'll get a result like this:
Post a grab of the result. I'm kind of expecting it to be "chris".

Re: CosmosEx - Setting up a shared drive with Windows 7
Ok, so the username you need to use in the CosmosEx configuration is chris.
If your user chris has no password, then your configuration will be like this:
Obviously you will need to substitute your own IP address.
If your user does have a password, I can't help you with that I'm afraid.
If you use DHCP then if your IP address changes then you will need to update the CosmosEx configuration, better to use a static IP.

Only thing I can suggest now is to power of the ST, reboot the CosmosEx and see if it connects.
