Stereo from the YM is not a biggie for me, as I can split the mono signal via my mixer and add outboard effects. That said I mainly use my Falcon for that sort of stuff, but still it works pretty well. I actually haven't opened my Tweety Board, I am still intrigued by how well it would sound myself, by all accounts, it's supposed to be a simple but effective mod.Cosmic Puppet wrote: 27 Oct 2019 17:53
I think this will be my favourite option as I prefer plugins like the Ultrasatan that don't require any modification. Would it be possible to have this with a stereo output?

I actually saw one recently on ebay, so they do appear! Good luck, experimenting is good :P . It can all become a bit obsessive if not careful, and burn a bit of a hole in your pocket, however the world is your oyster! In most cases it just takes a bit of lateral thinking, something doesn't necessarily always have to have 'Atari Compatible' written on it, for it to actually be compatible, especially in the music world :PCosmic Puppet wrote: 27 Oct 2019 19:07 https://www.ebay.ph/itm/Tweety-Sound-Bo ... 1490283997 No longer for sale.

I'll keep my eyes open. Already managed a box of brand new imation 720k floppy disks from 1998 and bought 10 Maxel XL II's the other day using 4 different ebay sellers. :D There's a lot of development going on. the future of Atari looks bright without Atari  p.s. Definitely obsessed, though I did get out on the mountain bike for a bit :lol:Atari74user wrote: 27 Oct 2019 19:12I actually saw one recently on ebay, so they do appear! Unless there are multiple revisions of the Tweety Board, it does not use the serial port, despite the reference in the earlier linked description. I suspect that text was written before the product was released, and that the release version ended up being a bit different. The Tweety Board I had (and the one on eBay) had a dedicated little 3xRCA box on the end of a four conductor ribbon cable. I seem to recall I ran it out my cartridge port and then glued the little box on the back of the ST.Cosmic Puppet wrote: 27 Oct 2019 18:47

That's right, I've since seen many pictures of it inside and outside of the Atari since.derkom wrote: 27 Oct 2019 21:16Unless there are multiple revisions of the Tweety Board, it does not use the serial port, despite the reference in the earlier linked description.
