Who is your builder? They should provide you with all this info.

Who did you buy the card from? Check the serial numbers, the one starting with 1xxx are built by Chucky, the ones starting with 2xxx by me and 3xxx by supaduper. The reason I am asking is that it is your builder's responsibility to give you support, info/updates etc. Then you have the 3rd party ones but they should still give you support.

If someone is not obliging by this, let us know who it is ;)

EDITED: this turned out to be one of my cards, so I will be providing support for it.

Does the card have the TF logo?

This is either my card they resold or they are using the same serial numbers as me, either way it seems very concerning to me, other than the fact that as per usual they offer no support whatsoever. :( Terrible service either way. I really don't understand why people keep buying stuff there.
According to their page everything looks above board - 3 year warranty https://amigastore.eu/en/873-terrible-f ... b-ide.html

OP just needs to talk to them instead of asking for help here.

Unfortunately what's missing here is information about firmware versions, instructions regarding update procedures, cpuspeed versions and usage, etc. When you buy this board you should already have all of this info and not have to go hunting around for it.

Hello everyone,

Happy New Year 2023!

This card with serial number 2118 has not been manufactured or sold by AMIGAstore.eu. Our store sells products from third-party manufacturers and developers such as Elbox, Cloanto, Lotharek, etc. and also those that we manufacture ourselves in our workshop (for example the TF1260).

Support for our products is provided directly by us. In the case of the TF1260, we specify it both on the product website and in the printed instructions that we send with the card.

Users who have purchased from us can contact us by writing to support(at)amigastore(dot)eu, or by calling our telephone number +34 968473128

We ask @lioneer to please contact us and let us know your first and last name, or your order number in order to clarify this matter.
