I'll see what I can do, but it's going to be a little way off I think, probably spring next year.
Absolutely no rush for me, mine works fine with an action replay and a mod chip to play copied games :)
If it ain't broke, test it to Destruction.

PC Engines are not so expensive here, but if you want something for 220V, you should check on Ebay for French consoles, which were sold by a company called SODIPENG.
The voltage isn't as important to me as long as I can get a decent picture but I will try the French ones, thank you :)
You can get a European AC/DC adapter for a Japanese (or US) PC Engine, so it's not a big issue.

The French versions were already modified and were SCART connector ready.

I am trying to think what I did with my Core Grafix 2, but I think I just plugged a 240 - 9V wall adaptor in. Maybe I changed something internally also?
You can get RGB off the back connector with a RGB amp. I made a homemade job, but there are now connectors on AliExpress I've seen.

Yup, but you've got an ugly thing protruding from the back of your Pc Engine...

It's always neater when the mod is done internally.

Well, the Saturn arrived today, and I am really please with the overall cosmetic condition of it :)

Here it is with its Sega buddies:

Having been to the office I haven't tried anything other than a quick power on and that was fine, just waiting for a video cable now, it has no RF and I haven't got round to bodging up something to test it with. Maybe tomorrow.

FYI round button (newer) UK Saturns have 21 pins on their ODD controller where as older oval button UK Saturns have 20 pins on their ODD controller.

Modchips and ODDE are sometimes made for one or the other. I think Fenrir supports both.

If in doubt, open it and count the number of wires in the flat ribbon cable going to the laser assembly.

That's good to know, thanks. I will likely pull it apart this weekend to clean it inside (Outside is very clean already).

I got round to checking the video connector pinouts this morning before I started work and tried a quick composite lash up and well, it works :)

I can't say if the optical drive works as yet, as the game I bought isn't here yet, but hopefully it'll be here soon. Though the thought has crossed my mind I could test it with a music CD, so will try that later.

Aaaaand, I couldn't wait until later, I dropped an audio CD in and it plays perfectly :)

Looking forward to having a game to play with :)
