Intro retro computers since before they were retro...
ZX81->Spectrum->Memotech MTX->Sinclair QL->520STM->BBC Micro->TT030->PCs & Sun Workstations.
Added code to the MiNT kernel (still there the last time I checked) + put together MiNTOS.
Collection now with added Macs, Amigas, Suns and Acorns.

I've not tested yet, but there are a lot of ceramic caps and a few tantalums that look really sorry for themselves, so it's a definite possibility.

The voltage regulator is a old school diode for on voltage and a ic and maybe a 7912 or something like that also people often plug the power cord into the video or cassette port and cause damage

That's fantastic, thank you. I had downloaded the service manual which says a lot of it, but the website is considerably clearer :)

Yeah, it's a worry that the PSU has been plugged into the wrong spot, not sure whose bright idea it was to make all the sockets the same pinout!
